AN ACT INCREASING THE AMOUNT OF THE PROPERTY TAX
EXEMPTION FOR FARM MACHINERY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 12-91 of the general statutes be amended to increase the 1
amount of the property tax exemption for farm machinery to five 2
hundred thousand dollars of the assessed value. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To increase the amount of the property tax exemption for farm
machinery to five hundred thousand dollars of the assessed value.
