AN ACT PROHIBITING BIOLOGICAL MALES FROM ACCESSING
WOMEN'S OR GIRLS' BATHROOMS, LAVATORIES, LOCKER ROOMS
AND CHANGING ROOMS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit biological males 1
from accessing women's or girls' bathrooms, lavatories, locker rooms 2
and changing rooms. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To protect girls and women from biological males accessing women's or
girls' bathrooms, lavatories, locker rooms and changing rooms.
