AN ACT REQUIRING A STUDY OF THE MEDICAL WAIVER PROCESS
FOR VACCINATION REQUIREMENTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the Commissioner of Public Health be required to study the use 1
of the medical waiver for school vaccination requirements and report 2
regarding the results of such study to the joint standing committee of 3
the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to public 4
health. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To require a study of the use of the medical waiver for school
vaccination requirements.
