Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: That the general statutes be amended to prohibit a business or other 1 entity that receives state funding from discriminating against any 2 person based upon whether such person wears a surgical mask, has 3 been administered a COVID-19 vaccine or been tested for COVID-19. 4 Statement of Purpose: To prohibit a business or other entity that receives state funding from discriminating against any person based upon whether such person wears a surgical mask, has been administered a COVID-19 vaccine or been tested COVID-19.
