AN ACT STREAMLINING THE BUILDING PERMIT AND INSPECTION
PROCESS FOR RENOVATIONS OF EXISTING MULTIFAMILY
HOUSING.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 541 of the general statutes be amended to streamline the 1
building permit and inspection process for renovations of existing 2
multifamily housing. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To expedite renovations of existing multifamily housing to increase
housing availability.
