AN ACT ESTABLISHING A GRANT PROGRAM TO PROVIDE
EMERGENCY RESPONSE EQUIPMENT TO CERTAIN VOLUNTEER
FIRE COMPANIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 104 of the general statutes be amended to establish a 1
grant program to be administered by the State Fire Administrator to 2
provide emergency response equipment to volunteer fire companies 3
located within distressed municipalities. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a grant program to provide emergency response equipment
to volunteer fire companies located within distressed municipalities.
