AN ACT CONCERNING THE REQUIREMENT THAT FOOD SERVICE
ESTABLISHMENTS UTILIZE A CARBON DIOXIDE ALARM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 541 of the general statutes be amended to require 1
amendments to the State Building Code, the Fire Safety Code and the 2
State Fire Prevention Code to eliminate the requirement that a food 3
service establishment utilize a carbon dioxide alarm. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To eliminate the requirement that a food service establishment utilize a
carbon dioxide alarm.
