AN ACT EXEMPTING DEALERS OF LOW -SPEED VEHICLES FROM
CERTAIN REQUIREMENTS APPLICABLE TO CAR DEALERS AND
REPAIRERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 246 of the general statutes be amended to exempt 1
dealers of low-speed vehicles from certain requirements applicable to 2
car dealers and repairers that relate to oil and other fluids. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To exempt dealers of low-speed vehicles from certain requirements
applicable to car dealers and repairers because low-speed vehicles do
not use oil or other fluids that need to be recycled.
