AN ACT STUDYING THE FEASIBILITY OF INSTALLING PEDESTRIAN -
FRIENDLY INFRASTRUCTURE IN THE TOWN OF MONTVILLE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the Department of Transportation study the feasibility of 1
installing, and the safety and design of, pedestrian-friendly 2
infrastructure, including sidewalks, in the area of Montville Manor and 3
Old Colchester Road in the town of Montville. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To study ways to enhance walkability, improve public safety and foster
a connected and accessible community in the town of Montville.
