Explanation
Section 3 of the bill results in an annual revenue loss of less than
$2,000 to the Special Transportation Fund by reducing the fees on
specific veterans and military organization license plates.
The other sections of the bill require that fees on standard veterans
license plates "be not more than" the cost of making such plates (rather
than simply "cover" the cost), and are not expected to have a fiscal
impact as the language in the bill would not result in a change to these
fees.

The annualized ongoing fiscal impact identified above would
continue into the future subject to the number of plates issued.
