AN ACT CONCERNING DENTAL CARE SERVICES FOR CERTAIN
VETERANS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to provide that the 1
Commissioner of Veterans Affairs, in collaboration with The University 2
of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine, shall establish a program 3
through which certain veterans may be eligible, as determined by 4
criteria developed by said commissioner, for vouchers to cover the out-5
of-pocket costs associated with receiving dental care services at said 6
School of Dental Medicine. 7
Statement of Purpose:
To assist certain veterans with out-of-pocket costs associated with
dental care services.
