AN ACT ESTABLISHING A COMMISSION TO STUDY VACANT AND
DISTRESSED LARGE COMMERCIAL PROPERTIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That a commission be established to study issues concerning vacant 1
and distressed large commercial properties, including, but not limited 2
to, large retail stores and malls, and to develop a comprehensive plan 3
for revitalizing such properties. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a commission to study and make a comprehensive plan
regarding vacant and distressed large commercial properties in the
state.
