Explanation 
The bill makes various changes to consumer protection statutes 
including the addition of multiple unfair trade practice violations

resulting in no fiscal impact to the state. Under the bill, both the 
Department of Consumer Protection and the Office of the Attorney 
General investigate the unfair trade practice violations and both have 
the resources and expertise to meet these requirements.
