Explanation
The bill prohibits certain municipalities from establishing minimum
off-street parking requirements and eliminates a provision that allows
municipalities to adopt regulations on paying fees in lieu of providing
parking. This may result in a potential revenue loss to municipalities
beginning in FY 26 to the extent fewer fees are collected.

continue into the future subject to the number of fees that would have
otherwise been collected.
