RESOLUTION PROPOSING A STATE CONSTITUTIONAL
AMENDMENT TO REQUIRE POLITICAL PARTIES TO CONDUCT
OPEN PRIMARIES.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That the Constitution of the state be amended to provide that any 1
unenrolled elector shall be allowed to vote in any primary conducted by 2
a political party for the purpose of nominating candidates for office. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To require political parties to conduct open primaries.
