AN ACT CONCERNING ENERGY AFFORDABILITY, ACCESS AND 
ACCOUNTABILITY. 
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General 
Assembly convened: 
 
That the general statutes be amended to provide for improved service 1 
and reduced costs for electricity ratepayers in the state. 2 
Statement of Purpose:   
To improve service and reduce costs for electricity ratepayers in the 
state.
