Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: That the general statutes be amended to increase funding for the 1 Roberta B. Willis Scholarship program established pursuant to section 2 10a-173 of the general statutes. 3 Statement of Purpose: To increase funding for the Roberta B. Willis Scholarship program.
