AN ACT CONCERNING PROTECTIONS FOR WORKERS AND 
ENHANCEMENTS TO WORKERS' RIGHTS. 
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General 
Assembly convened: 
 
That the general statutes be amended to (1) limit the extent to which 1 
certain warehouse distribution centers can require their employees to 2 
meet unreasonable production quotas, (2) allow individuals 3 
participating in a labor dispute to be eligible for unemployment 4 
benefits, and (3) protect workers' rights. 5 
Statement of Purpose:   
To protect workers' rights.
