AN ACT CONCERNING THE ENVIRONMENT, CLIMATE AND
SUSTAINABLE MUNICIPAL AND STATE PLANNING.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to provide municipalities with 1
authority to undertake certain climate resiliency efforts, projects and 2
infrastructure. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To provide municipalities certain authorities concerning climate
resiliency efforts.
