AN ACT CONCERNING HEALTH INSURANCE AND PATIENT
PROTECTION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to address health insurance 1
administrative practices, including utilization review, premium rate 2
filing, downcoding of health insurance claims and other health 3
insurance administrative practices. 4 Proposed Bill No. 10
