AN ACT LIMITING THE PASSPORT TO THE PARKS MOTOR VEHICLE
REGISTRATION FEE TO ONE VEHICLE OWNED BY ANY INDIVIDUAL.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to limit application of the 1
Passport to the Parks motor vehicle registration fee to just one car owned 2
by an individual rather than each car owned by such individual. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To limit the application of the Passport to the Parks fee to one vehicle
owned by an individual rather than each vehicle owned by such
individual.
