AN ACT REQUIRING THE RAISING OF THE BOATING SPEED LIMIT
ON WYASSUP LAKE IN NORTH STONINGTON DURING THE
SUMMER MONTHS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the Department of 1
Energy and Environmental Protection to raise the boating speed limit 2
on Wyassup Lake in North Stonington during the summer months. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To increase the boating speed limit on Wyassup Lake in North
Stonington during the summer months.
