AN ACT CONCERNING A CONNECTICUT DAIRY FARMER TAX
CREDIT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to provide for a dairy farmer 1
tax credit program that is modeled on the Massachusetts Dairy Farmer 2
Tax Credit Program. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To provide for certain tax credits for dairy farmers in the state.
