AN ACT REQUIRING THE DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY AND
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION TO PATROL ALL MAJOR LAKES IN
THE STATE DURING BOATING SEASON.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the Department of 1
Energy and Environmental Protection to patrol all major lakes in the 2
state during boating season. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To enhance safety for residents who utilize the major lakes in the state.
