AN ACT REQUIRING SOIL TESTING FOR NONRESIDENTIAL SOLAR
ARRAYS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the Department of 1
Energy and Environmental Protection to biennially test the soil for 2
pollution on nonresidential solar arrays. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To require the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection to
test for soil contamination for nonresidential solar arrays.
