Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 208 of the general statutes be amended to sunset the 1
corporation business tax surcharge this fiscal year rather than January 2
1, 2026. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To sunset the corporation business tax surcharge this fiscal year rather
than January 1, 2026.
