AN ACT ESTABLISHING A TAX CREDIT FOR EDUCATIONAL

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish a tax credit for 1
donations made to nonprofit entities that provide educational access 2
and opportunity scholarships. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a tax credit for donations made to nonprofit entities that
provide educational access and opportunity scholarships.
