Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That a task force be established to evaluate and recommend changes 1
to the process for adopting and reviewing agency regulations. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To modernize and streamline the regulation adoption and review
process.
