AN ACT INCREASING MEDICAID PAYMENT RATES FOR
RADIOLOGICAL SERVICES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 17b of the general statutes be amended to require the 1
Commissioner of Social Services to raise Medicaid payment rates for 2
radiological services. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To increase Medicaid reimbursement rates for radiological services.
