Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: That section 31-57t of the general statutes be amended to allow an 1 employer to require an employee to provide advance notice of the 2 intention to use paid sick leave if such leave is foreseeable. 3 Statement of Purpose: To allow an employer to require an employee to provide advance notice of the intention to use paid sick leave if such leave is foreseeable.
