AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE USE OF STEADY BLUE LIGHTS ON
WRECKERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 14-96q of the general statutes be amended to authorize a 1
wrecker to use steady blue lights, in addition to yellow or amber lights, 2
when the wrecker is stationary. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To increase the visibility and safety of wreckers by authorizing wreckers
to display steady blue lights when stationary.
