AN ACT PROVIDING FOR OPTIONAL PAYMENT OF THE HEALTHY
HOMES FUND SURCHARGE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 38a-331 of the general statutes be amended to eliminate 1
the requirement that insureds under certain homeowners insurance 2
policies pay, and provide for optional payment of, the surcharge 3
imposed pursuant to said section. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To eliminate the requirement that insureds under certain homeowners
insurance policies pay, and provide for optional payment of, the
surcharge imposed pursuant to section 38a-331 of the general statutes.
