AN ACT CONCERNING FUNDING FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT CRISIS
INTERVENTION TEAMS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the sum of ____ dollars be appropriated to the Department of 1
Mental Health and Addiction Services, from the General Fund, for each 2
of the fiscal years ending June 30, 2026, and June 30, 2027, for law 3
enforcement crisis intervention teams. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To permanently fund law enforcement crisis intervention teams.
