AN ACT CONCERNING TOUR PROVIDERS AND THE PROVISION OF
BASIC LIFE SUPPORT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to provide that any entity that 1
is engaged in the business of providing tours shall, for each tour that 2
occurs at a location which cannot reasonably be accessed by a first 3
responder within one hour, ensure that at least one of such entity's 4
employees who is providing such tour is trained to provide basic life 5
support. 6
Statement of Purpose:
To ensure that certain persons providing tours are trained to provide
basic life support.
