AN ACT REQUIRING ALCOHOLIC LIQUOR CONTAINERS TO
DISPLAY CANCER RISK WARNING LABELS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 30 of the general statutes be amended to require alcoholic 1
liquor containers to bear labels warning consumers that alcohol 2
consumption increases the risk of certain cancers. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To require alcoholic liquor containers to bear cancer warning labels.
