AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE STATE TO IMPORT THE ACTIVE
INGREDIENTS OF CERTAIN DRUGS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to authorize the state to import 1
the active ingredients of certain drugs, including, but not limited to, 2
levonorgestrel, mifepristone and misoprostol, to ensure access to such 3
drugs. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To authorize the state to import the active ingredients of certain drugs
to ensure access to such drugs.
