AN ACT PROHIBITING THE SALE OF FOOD PRODUCTS
CONTAINING CERTAIN FOOD ADDITIVES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 21a of the general statutes be amended to prohibit the sale 1
of food products containing certain food additives, including, but not 2
limited to, red dye number three. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To prohibit the sale of food products containing certain food additives,
including, but not limited to, red dye number three.
