AN ACT PROHIBITING THE IMPOSITION OF A PENALTY FOR
SLEEPING OUTDOORS IN PUBLIC VIEW.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 7 of the general statutes be amended to prohibit a 1
municipality from imposing any penalty for sleeping outdoors in public 2
view. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To prohibit a municipality from imposing a penalty for sleeping
outdoors in public view.
