AN ACT CONCERNING DENTAL PROVIDER REIMBURSEMENT
RATES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 38a of the general statutes be amended to provide dental 1
providers with greater flexibility to jointly negotiate reimbursement 2
rates with health carriers. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To provide dental providers with greater flexibility to jointly negotiate
reimbursement rates with health carriers.
