AN ACT CONCERNING A VISIBLE WATERMARK SECURITY
FEATURE ON BALLOTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 147 of the general statutes be amended to provide that 1
ballots used in conjunction with an optical scan voting tabulator system 2
shall be printed with a visible watermark security feature. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To provide that ballots used in conjunction with an optical scan voting
tabulator system shall be printed with a visible watermark security
feature.
