AN ACT CONCERNING VEHICLE EMISSION STANDARDS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 22a-174g of the general statutes be amended to repeal 1
the requirement to follow California vehicle emissions standards and 2
create a requirement to follow federal vehicle emission standards. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To discontinue the use of California vehicle emission standards in favor
of utilizing federal vehicle emission standards.
