AN ACT INCREASING FUNDING FOR THE CONNECTICUT
FOUNDATION SOLUTIONS INDEMNITY COMPANY, INC.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 8-445 of the general statutes be amended to increase the 1
aggregate amount of bonds that may be issued for the Crumbling 2
Foundations Assistance Fund by one hundred million dollars. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To authorize bonds of the state to provide an additional one hundred
million dollars to the Crumbling Foundations Assistance Fund, in order
to provide funding to the Connecticut Foundation Solutions Indemnity
Company, Inc., to assist homeowners with crumbling concrete
foundations.
