AN ACT CONCERNING THE APPROVAL OF MUNICIPAL PLANS OF
CONSERVATION AND DEVELOPMENT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 8-23 of the general statutes be amended to require 1
approval of municipal plans of conservation and development by 2
municipal legislative bodies prior to adoption. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To require approval of municipal plans of conservation and
development by municipal legislative bodies prior to adoption.
