AN ACT CONCERNING CLINICAL TESTING FOR PULSE OXIMETERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require that clinical testing 1
for pulse oximeters include clinical testing on patients of diverse racial 2
and skin tone backgrounds. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To require that clinical testing for pulse oximeters include clinical
testing on patients of diverse racial and skin tone backgrounds.
