AN ACT EXPANDING THE BIOSCIENCE ENTERPRISE CORRIDOR
ZONE TO INCLUDE THE ENTIRETY OF THE TOWN OF PLAINVILLE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 32-41s of the general statutes be amended to require 1
eligible businesses and eligible commercial property located in the town 2
of Plainville be entitled to the same benefits, subject to the same 3
conditions, under the general statutes for which businesses located in 4
an enterprise zone qualify. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To expand the bioscience corridor zone to include the entirety of the
town of Plainville.
