AN ACT CONCERNING THE CONSIDERATION OF CERTAIN
STUDENT RECORDS IN THE ADMISSIONS PROCESS FOR THE
TECHNICAL EDUCATION AND CAREER SYSTEM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That part VI of chapter 164 of the general statutes be amended to 1
require the Technical Education and Career System to review and 2
consider a student's attendance records, grades and disciplinary records 3
during the admissions process. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To require the Technical Education and Career System to consider
certain student records when determining which students to accept
during the admissions process.
