AN ACT CONCERNING PARTICIPATION ON A YOUTH SPORTS
TEAM BASED ON ASSIGNED SEX AT BIRTH.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to limit participation on a youth 1
sports team for public school students based on a student's assigned sex 2
at birth, except a female student may participate in a youth sports team 3
for male students if no comparable team exists for female students. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To limit participation on a youth sports team for public school students
based on a student's assigned sex at birth.
