AN ACT CONCERNING PROFESSIONAL APPLICATION AND
LICENSING FEES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to (1) eliminate application 1
review fees charged by state licensing boards, and (2) limit the amount 2
the state may charge for an occupational license to not more than one 3
hundred dollars. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To eliminate application review fees charged by state licensing boards
and limit the amount the state may charge for an occupational license to
not more than one hundred dollars.
