AN ACT REINSTATING THE RELIGIOUS EXEMPTION FROM SCHOOL
VACCINATION REQUIREMENTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish a religious 1
exemption from school vaccination requirements. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To reinstate the religious exemption from school vaccination
requirements.
