AN ACT ESTABLISHING A PILOT PROGRAM FOR A BOAT WASHING
STATION AT GARDNER LAKE IN THE TOWN OF SALEM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to provide for a pilot program 1
for a boat washing station at Gardner Lake in Salem. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To reduce invasive plants carried on the hull, prop and motor of boats
in Gardner Lake in the town of Salem.
